Onboarding Requirements

What we verify before your first load

Authority & insurance

Active operating authority, a valid USDOT and MC number, and current certificates of insurance naming the correct parties.

Compliance documentation

W-9, signed carrier agreement, safety record review and, where applicable, SCAC, BOC-3 and UCR documentation.

Operating standards

Confirmed pickup and delivery windows, proactive status updates, and immediate notification of any exception.
